Adnams Brews Bread Beers for M&S

Print
News: May 2018

Suffolk brewery Adnams has produced three new beers as own labels for Marks & Spencer.

The three beers are being marketed under the slogan ‘Used Our Loaf’, to reflect the fact that bread crusts left over from the making of Marks & Spencer sandwiches are included in the mash.

The three beers – Triple English Hop Southwold Pale Ale (3.6% ABV), Earl Grey Pale Ale (5%) and Raspberry Fruit Beer (5%) – feature around 700 kg of bread, which is combined with barley in the mash tun.
