St Austell Collaborates with Cooper’s

News: April 2018

Cornwall’s St Austell brewery has produced a beer in collaboration with Cooper’s from South Australia.

The new beer Miss Nancy Blair – named after a character in an Australian sea shanty – is a pale ale featuring Magnum, Melba and Galaxy hops. It is available in cask form (4.8% ABV) in St Austell pubs while stocks last and will be on sale in bottled form (5.3%, with extra Galaxy hops) from May.

The beer was created by St Austell’s Roger Ryman with Nick Sterenberg, operations director of Cooper’s.
