Print
News: March 2018

John Keeling, retiring brewing director at Fuller’s, has been presented with a lifetime achievement award by SIBA (the Society of Independent Brewers).

Keeling joined Fuller’s in 1981 as a junior brewer, having previously worked at Wilson’s in Manchester before taking a degree course in brewing and distilling at Heriot-Watt University. After various roles at Fuller’s, he succeeded Reg Drury as head brewer and brewing director in 1999.

At the start of 2017, Keeling handed over the position of head brewer to Georgina Young. He will continue to work as an ambassador for Fuller’s on his official retirement later this year.
