Adnams Goes 100% Renewable

Print
News: December 2017

Suffolk brewery Adnams has announced that all its energy requirements now come from renewable sources.

The Southwold company has moved to renewables gradually over several years. The brewery itself switched to green energy last year with its offices, stores and distribution centre now following suit.

The move has reduced Adnams’ annual carbon emissions by over 1,000 tonnes of CO2 – equivalent to the footprint of an average family car travelling three million miles or the annual energy usage of over 200 UK homes.
