CAMRA Reveals Best Pub Designs

Print
News: April 2017

The winners of this year’s CAMRA Pub Design Awards have been announced.

The Grade II-listed Scottish Stores, a turn-of-the-twentieth-century building on London’s Caledonian Road, has been declared the winner in the Conservation category.

Another winner is the Tim Bobbin in Burnley, a Samuel Smith pub dating back to 1701, which has claimed both the Refurbishment award and the Joe Goodwin Award for outstanding community pub.

Commended for refurbishment this year is the Ship in Shalesmoor, Sheffield, an Edwardian street-corner pub that has been skilfully restored.
