Meantime Brews for Wagamama

London’s Meantime Brewing has created two new beers for sale in the Wagamama restaurant chain.

The beers – Kikku and Kansho – are produced with Asian-inspired flavours to complement dishes on the restaurant’s menu. Kikku, which means ‘kick’ in Japanese, is infused with shichimi (a mix of seven spices), while Kansho, meaning ‘zesty’, incorporates fresh lime and ginger.

The beers are a collaboration between Wagamama’s executive chef Steve Mangleshot and Meantime’s head brewer Ciaran Giblin.
