Jarrow Beers Rescued

Print
News: January 2017

Fans of the lost Jarrow Brewery beers are celebrating the fact that they are now on sale again.

Jarrow ceased trading in 2015 but its assets, including equipment, trademarks and cask ale rights, were acquired last year by two local beer enthusiasts.

Their company, the Great North Eastern Brewing Company, has begun production in Dunston, with ten ales initially planned, including Jarrow’s well-known Rivet Catcher.
