West Berkshire's Champagne Celebration

West Berkshire Brewery has celebrated its twentieth anniversary by producing a beer fermented with Champagne yeast.

The new beer, Ooh La La, features British malts and hops and undergoes a primary fermentation with Belgian yeast. Champagne yeast is then added for a secondary fermentation, which is followed by four months of maturation in French oak Cabernet Sauvignon casks.

The 6% ABV, bottle-conditioned beer is packaged with a Toulouse-Lautrec-style label.
