News: September 2015

The world's biggest brewing company is seeking to become even bigger by acquiring the world's second largest brewing company.

A-B InBev, the brewer of Budweiser, Beck's and Stella Artois, has approached SABMiller, which owns beers such as Pilsner Urquell, Grolsch and Peroni, to agree to a mutual take-over. The move would create a business valued at in excess of £160 billion.

SABMiller acquired London's Meantime Brewing earlier this year.
